BDU Uniform Size Chart
BDU Pants waist
- XSmall = less than 27"
- Small = 27" to 31"
- Medium = 31" to 35"
- Large = 35" to 39"
- XLarge = 39" to 43"
- 2XLarge = 43" to 47"
BDU Pants inseam
- Short = less than 29"
- Regular = 29 1/2" to 32 1/2"
- Long = 32 1/2" to 35 1/2"
BDU Shirts - Chest size
- XSmall = 29" to 33"
- Small = 33" to 37"
- Medium = 37" to 41"
- Large = 41" to 45"
- XLarge = 45" to 49"
- 2XLarge = 49" to 53"
BDU Shirt - Height in inches
- Short = 63" to 67"
- Regular = 67" to 71"
- Long = 71" to 75"
So, if you were 5'8" tall (68") with a chest measurement of 35", you would order a Medium Regular shirt.
If you had a waist of 32" and an inseam of 30 inches you would order Medium Regular pants.
Black Jungle/Combat boots
For Sizing Jungle Boots: males order one size smaller than dress shoe size, females order 3 sizes smaller
For Sizing Combat Boots: males order their dress shoe size, females order 2 sizes smaller
BDU Cap
For sizing caps: measure head circumference one inch above the ear
